RemitShip processes sender, recipient, parcel, and shipment information to coordinate deliveries and maintain shipment records.
Public tracking
Anyone with a tracking number can view approved shipment details and customer-facing checkpoints. Phone numbers, full addresses, internal notes, private documents, and staff credentials are not included in the public tracking response.
Staff access
Staff access is limited by their assigned role. Couriers can access shipments assigned to them. Administrative actions require verified staff access.
Retention and your rights
Retention periods, the legal entity responsible for data, and the privacy contact must be confirmed before this policy is finalized. Contact the shipping team using the details on your shipment confirmation for privacy enquiries.
